The Digitization Project of the BOR Minutes of Meetings amounting to Php 280,000 was funded by Central Administration covering 1925 to 2006. A total of 29,849,074 records were microfilmed and digitized by Microdata Systems and Management Inc. at the University Library until September 2004. The minutes will be preserved page by page in electronic format with a searchable index.

Using the new equipment (Minolta PS 7000 Book Scanner and Kodak 2400 DSV Film Scanner) from the Philippine eLib Project, the University Library continues to digitize the BOR Minutes starting October 2004 onwards.

The policymakers in the University stand to benefit from the digitization of the Minutes of the Meetings of the Board of Regents from 1925-2006. Not only will the minutes be preserved page by page in electronic format; they will also be provided with a searchable index. Digitization of said minutes for Php 330,000 commenced in October 2004 from funds appropriated by System Administration with the approval of President Nemenzo.
