The University Library of UP Diliman would like to thank PROF. JOHN VINCENT C. NYE for donating to the Library through the Thomas Jefferson Information Center (TJIC) 100 volumes of Library of America series titles. This is a rather long overdue acknowledgment and the Library sincerely appreciates this display of generosity and concern for the UP. Prof. Nye is the holder of the Frederic Bastiat Chair in Political Economy at the Mercatus Center of the George Mason University at Arlington, VA. He specializes in British and French economic history, and the new institutional economics. He is currently a Visiting Professor at the UP School of Economics.
