In line with the UP School of Library and Information Studies’ 50th Anniversary, we are giving a one-day amnesty on fines for unreturned overdue books on 01 July 2011. For lost books, fines can be waived provided they replace the material in accordance with library guidelines.

Rules on Loss of Library Resources

Any person who loses or fails to return a book within seven (7) days after due date or recall shall either replace it with the same title, or pay its current replacement value, or replace it within thirty (30) days with another title to be selected by the librarian.
